This is literally like selling crystals to women and telling them it has magical powers. No matter what you want to think or feel, it's not real. Pure bamboozle non-sense that is designed to fool customers.

Shame on the owner and the MLM reps for pushing an essential oil smell stick. Complete circus.

You can see that they even have a smell to help you lose weight. Really?

Just put down the fork you fat b**** because your husband thinks your ugly. CMON!!!

Any man marketing this junk should feel deep shame and embarrassment for joining this program.

WHY does any healthy human need to smell something to avoid eating sugar and live longer? Zilara is meant to take advantage of women in a society that body shames and sells quick solutions to treat the symptoms rather than treating the problem.

Never buy products to lose weight when the food is what is making you gain weight in the first place. It's all fake science and placebo affects, with a low paying compensation plan.

The quality of the network marketing products is great and there is no reason to try to say the products are harmful or dangerous. Everything has been created for long term stability for the Zilara company.

Every time a magical potion company comes out, the leaders always say that the products are not white labeled and the owner has all the "formulas" that have been tested and approved.

Honestly, I don't know if that is true, and most of the time it is a complete lie in other network marketing health and wellness businesses.

However after looking at the ingredients and how everything is plat based, I would assume that these are very high quality products that the company produces in their own factory. Which is wonderful for the people who NEED products like this.

However, remember, this blog post is about CAN ZILARA MAKE YOU MONEY or is it just another MLM where you have to bring in a whole country?

Although the products are great, the truth is that these are overpriced items that people are not going to be able to afford for long, especially if they are not making money within 2 month of joining. Every MLM charges MORE simply to pay out commissions. Which means you can find similar products for cheaper though a company that does not have affiliate payouts.

The way that the Zilara compensation plan works is pretty confusing for the average person, but we will break it down in an easy way for you here. However by the end you realize it's just another low paying MLM that takes way too long to make money.

The Zilara affiliate program has 3 different kinds of comp plans in one. Which is actually very BAD and makes you less money. We will explain more about that in the next section below.

Zilara is mainly a Binary compensation plan, that also has a matrix and uni-level pay out as well.

Retail Sales Way to Earn #1: You earn 30% of the Business Volume that you sell. BUT the BV is not a 1:1 ratio so this is were Paula is scalping more money from you. This is a very sneaky trick people never talk about. You do not need any requirements to earn 30% on orders, however you DO need to qualify for the other pay outs.

Matrix Way to Earn #2: You earn $0.50 per person in your matrix which is loser wussy peanuts that never adds up to anything. This does NOT create urgency. It creates a reason to lie about "putting people under you" when you never make money anyways. Matrix comp plans are always predatory and talk about making money doing nothing.

Binary Way to Earn #3: Binary where you get 100 volume on left & right which is 200 volume total to pay you a total of $10 wussy commission.

If you do the binary math, you need to sell 2 of the $115 auto-ships which is a total of $230 PER MONTH... only for Paula to pay you $10? This is a slavery factory. You are getting paid 4.5% on massive residual orders.

If you have any autoship level, you will earn 5% back in free credits to buy products.

So if you sell a $115/m autoship, you will make $30.00 on the order plus $0.50 on the matrix and NOTHING on the binary until you get another sale. Your first sale is worth $35 on a $115 sale. WUSSY!

Leadership Match Way to Earn #4: Leadership Match is just a way of saying check match. This means when YOUR TEAM gets sales on their own, you will make a percentage match. This is all non-sense because you make hardly anything and NO ONE ever duplicates. So most people NEVER get paid matching bonuses.

Slavery Bonus Way to Earn #5: Earn one-time bonuses as you advance through the Zilara rank structure. Bronze $100... Silver $250... Gold $500... Platinum $1,000... Pearl $2,000... Sapphire $4,000... Ruby $7,500... Emerald $15,000... Diamond $25,000... Double Diamond $50,000... Triple Diamond $100,000

This is basically all the money you should have earned on your first sales as you kept going, but then the owner decided to "reward" her puppy dog with money that was made years ago by yourself. Just pay people the money upfront anyways without holding back bonus money when it's not bonus money, it's money the affiliate ALREADY EARNED. Make sense?

Your Monthly Personal Volume determines how many levels you earn on:

10 BV >> 50 BV 100 BV Retail Rewards + Community Levels 1–15

50 BV >> Retail Rewards + Community Levels 1–15 + Team (Binary)

100BV >> Retail Rewards + Community Levels 1–15 + Team (Binary) + STAR eligibility + Match + Leadership Bonuses

Basically this means that you have to PAY to PLAY and unlock more commissions. You need to hold a 100 BV account every month to be able to earn. So all the leaders saying there are no hoops to jump though are flat out lying to you on purpose.

As you can see you need a MASSIVE team of people to really be able to make money.

Keep in mind that as you build a team, about 80% of the people who sign up leave after 3 months. So you actually need to recruit 5-10 TIMES more than the number you see on the chart in reality. Make sense?

Any leader saying that this adds up and is fun or cool is a Save Club Idiot who can ST*U about 50 cents adding up to anything. With inflation, that Kennedy Half Dollar is literally worth nothing.

$60 = 50CV

$115 = 100CV

This means you are NOT getting a 1:1 ratio which allows Paula to scalp additional money off the top of binary payouts.

Let's look at how multi level markeitng compensation plans are black magic taking money from your hands:

If you generate $100 in revenue. You should make most of the money because the company is not paying for advertising. The reason you start a network marketing company is so other people market your products, right?

So the reality is that MLMs will let you sell their stuff, but then make all these RANKS and qualifications you need to hit, to UNLOCK the money they are willing to pay you.

WAIT!

If the company is willing to pay me 2% more at the X rank... then why not just pay the money right away so the affiliate can be more excited and have more money for marketing and leads?

Because the MLM company is taking your money.

So you make $100, yet you only make a $20 fast start and $1 per month...

That is not enough to fire your boss and escape the matrix. You need to be able to make ALL the money from each sale otherwise you are a SLAVE!

Do you want to trade your job, for another job just to make LESS money and make an MLM owner right? HAHAHAHA that is what network marketers are doing and it needs to END!

The way that Multi Level Marketing companies are black magic is by having you AGREE to a compensation plan where you have to hit ranks to unlock income.

The following example is NOT a Zilara example, it's just a general wisdom about MLM and compensation plans:

If you join a company that keeps 40% and pays out 60% that is perfectly fine, however...

The reality is that you never earn the 60% because you start at 5% and have to build a team of 40,000 people to unlock the full 60% commissions.

Wait! If the company is willing to pay 60% - then WHY start affiliates at 5% - because the MLM owners only want to pay out more if you are making THEM way more in return. It's like making people run up a hill covered in slippery soap.

Imagine you work a job that pays $35 per hour at 40 hours a week, and then on pay day you go in for your check, and your boss says "wait, because you're not a diamond rank your pay check will go from $5,600 to $1,000...

Insane right?

But people in MLM agree to the SAME concept thinking they are going to get rich.

Here an example to help you: If I sell you a poison apple, you eat it and you pass away... that means I would have then committed murder. BUT if I tell you it's a poison apple, and you still buy it and eat it, then YOU are at fault and I am released of any karmic retribution. That is HOW Zilara and other compensation plans work in MLM. Make sense?

I love MLM, however these companies add on more things that suck the income away from the average network marketing representative.

They also POSITION people at the TOP who are willing to LIE and only talk good about the company. This is HOW leaders are created in network marketing. It's not that they work hard, it's because they made a deal with the owner to push junk at any cost.

This is the reason WHY you can never trust leaders and top earners in multi level marketing businesses.

SERIOUSLY! How do you go to a network marketing event and they tell you, the strategy is to make a bigger list of friends and family. Yet making $10,000 per month? NO! They are lying expecting you to be a fool by using your dream against you.

It's like people who have a political career making 100,000 a year and walk out of office with 400 Million in their bank account. It's obviously all a SHAM!

What is funny is people say they want to make money online, however, they join a program where you make nothing and have to recruit a countries population to make a decent check.

Why would people say they want to make $10,000 per month and join a program where they have to recruit 2,000 people per month to hit their goal, every month!

The kind of people who join Zilara are the sheep who just blindly follow their sponsor into the next program they send you an email about. There is NO real reason to market these products because you have to pay a high monthly auto-ship to access the full compensation plan.

The most people in Zilara are these lame women who think vibes and feelings are going to make them money. It's a pure manipulation of female feelings and should not be allowed.

Anyone who markets this is a simp, a sheep, or an emotional woman who will make nothing.

Are you looking at Zilara because you want to smell stuff... or are you looking at Zilara because you want to make so much F***ing money your kids never have to work again!

We ALL join network marketing businesses to make big checks and walk across stage as people cheer for us, right? The network marketing dream.

However HOW can you achieve your income goal if you need 20,000 people on your team?

Network marketing leverage is a lie because 99% of people never duplicate. And it's been the same percentage, forever!
