Q. Where do I see my commissions earned?
A. As soon as you log into your Quick Silver back office you will see four blue boxes. One of them says "Available Balance". This displays the commissions you have held in your Quick Silver account. You can see a detailed ledger of this information by clicking on the View Details link.
Q. How do I withdraw my commissions?
A. Once you have commissions in your account click on the NAV link to that says > Business, then click > Commissions, and finally > Withdraw Funds (Please note the withdrawal schedule posted in the next question below).
Before making a withdrawal...
First, consider leaving enough funds in your account to cover your next Auto-Wealth Delivery and for your $9.97 Wealth Platform fee. Be sure to leave a little extra as coin pricing can fluctuate with market conditions.
You can see the current total for your Auto-Wealth Delivery on your Dashboard. It does not include the $9.97 Wealth Platform fee as that is billed separately.
Withdrawal Methods:
In the USA: We have a couple of methods available. Once we see your 1st request come through we will contact you on the Monday following your 1st request to see what works best for you.
Outside the USA: We do direct Bank Transfer in your currency. Once we see your request we will contact you.
Make your Withdrawal Request by choosing the Funds Transfer method and enter the amount you would like to request.

Q. How do I set up my Marketing System?
A. Click on “Tools and Training” from the NAV, scroll down and you will see the Quick Silver Marketing System information.
Q. Does Quick Silver have Banner Ads for online marketing?
A. Yes. They are available within the Quick Silver Marketing System under Resources and then Banner Ads.
Q. Does Quick Silver have marketing material such as business cards and brochures?
A. Yes. To see these items click “Members Shop” from the Back Office NAV. In the shop there is a drop down of Categories. Click on this drop down and select “Marketing Tools”.
Q. How do I place my new enrollments?
A. To place your new enrollments click on My Team and then Placement Hold. You will be taken to a page showing all new enrollments who can be placed. Click the pencil icon to enter the ID of the person you want them placed under and then left or right of that ID.
If you want them placed to your left side, you would enter your ID and select Left.
If you want them placed on the left or right side of someone in your downline, you would enter that downline’s ID number and choose left or right.
Placing someone under another person in your downline does not have any negative effect on you. You are still their enroller and the points will still credit to you as well as the person you placed them under.
Once a placement is made it CANNOT BE CHANGED. The system instantly codes it to where it is placed and those connections are not editable.
Q. How do I turn On/Off Placement Hold?
A. You can turn on or off the Placement Hold feature by clicking on Account and then Update Personal Info. On the next screen scroll to the bottom and find “Enable Enrollment Placement Hold.” A check in the box means the feature is enabled. Be sure to click Save after making any changes.
If the Placement Hold feature is off the system will automatically place the new enrollment on your side with fewer people.
Having the Placement Hold feature on will hold all new enrollments in the Placement Hold area for three days. If you have not placed your new enrollment within three days, the system will place the new enrollment on the 4th day to your side with fewer people.
